  1. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO ENROLL IN TSNA'S CNA PROGRAM?

At The Stephanie Nursing Academy, we want to ensure every student is set up for success. Here’s what you’ll need to join our CNA program:

Be at least 16 years old

Provide a valid, government-issued photo ID

Submit a Social Security Card

Complete a criminal background check (Live Scan)

Provide proof of a negative TB test

Complete a physical examination

2. HOW LONG IS THE CNA PROGRAM AT TSNA?

We understand that every student has different needs and schedules. That’s why we offer flexible program options:

Morning Program: 6 weeks (Monday–Friday)

Evening Program: 10 weeks

Weekend Program: 10 weeks (Saturdays & Sundays only)

No matter which schedule you choose, you'll receive:

60 hours of classroom instruction

100 hours of supervised clinical training

Each program is carefully designed to provide you with the skills, confidence, and experience you need to excel in healthcare.

3. DO I HAVE TO PAY THE FULL TUITION UPFRONT?

We aim to make paying for your education as stress-free as possible:

A $500 non-refundable deposit secures your seat.

The remaining balance can be managed through a flexible payment plan tailored to your needs.

We also partner with Klarna, a third-party payment service, offering additional payment flexibility.

Note: Klarna operates independently, so please review their terms and conditions carefully before selecting it as your payment option.

4. WHAT IS TSNA'S REFUND POLICY?

We understand that plans can change. Here’s our refund policy:

After paying your $500 deposit, you have 72 hours to request a refund.

To request a refund, you’ll need to contact Admissions and complete our Refund Request Form.

After 72 hours, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Please take a moment to review this policy carefully before finalizing your enrollment.
